Q. Will my cards be saved for future transactions?

A. No


Q. How will I be notified for transactions?

A. After the transaction, the customer can download and/or print the receipt of the transaction.


Q. My money has been debited but the transaction has failed or my transaction fails mid-way what do I do?

A. In such case, you need to write or call the merchant support to issue a refund. Please find the list of customer care numbers for some of our merchants below.


Q. How long will it take for a refunded transaction to reach my account?

A. The time taken for refund depends on the instrument used for making the payment. For transactions paid using Debit Card or Net Banking, the refund should reflect in your account in approximately 2-3 days. In case of UPI it may take up to 3-4 days.


Q. Can customer download invoice?

A. Yes you can download the invoice/receipt of your online payment. After paying the amount, a separate screen will come up giving option to view and download receipt will be there.


Q. How many transaction can I do per day/ per month?

A. Quick Pay does not enforce any constraints on the number of daily/monthly transactions that the user can make.


Q. Minimum transaction and maximum transaction amount?

A. There is no minimum or maximum transaction amount that can be processed.


Q. Are there any transaction cost applicable?

A. No.
